This Privacy Policy describes how Alterra Global LLC, registered under the laws of Georgia, registration number 447015621, legal address Georgia, Kobuleti region, Leghva village, 13th street, Lane I, N 6 (referred to as "we", "the Company", "Alterra Global"), collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the website (the "Site") and related services. The service is aimed at citizens of non-EU countries planning to relocate to Europe.
We process data on the basis of: (a) the user's consent given when filling out a form; (b) the necessity of performing a contract for consulting services; (c) the Company's legitimate interests in improving the service.
We share lead data (name, contact details, questionnaire answers) with the selected verified legal services provider solely to arrange a consultation. Notifications of new requests are technically processed via the Telegram Bot API (Telegram FZ-LLC) — when this channel is used, some data temporarily passes through Telegram's infrastructure. We do not sell or share user data with advertising networks or other third parties without explicit consent.
The Company is registered in Georgia, and the processing of your data is governed by Georgian personal data protection law. Our services are aimed at citizens of countries planning to relocate to Europe (including, but not limited to, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries), not at residents of the European Union. In connection with service delivery, your data may be transferred to the selected provider registered in the country of intended relocation (for example, Spain) — in that case we take reasonable measures to protect data during such a transfer in accordance with applicable law.
Lead data that did not result in a case being created is retained for no more than 12 months from the last contact. Active case data is retained for the duration of the engagement and afterward for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting legislation to meet legal and tax obligations. Quiz answers are saved before you submit your contact details, so they are not lost if you switch to a messenger or close the tab. Such incomplete records contain no contact information and are deleted after 30 days.

The Site uses UTM tags to track traffic sources for marketing purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookie trackers without your consent. Separately, and only after your explicit consent, we use Microsoft Clarity — a service that records on-site behaviour: cursor movement, scrolling and clicks. It helps us find awkward parts of the interface. Input fields are masked; the contents of the enquiry form are not recorded. Until you press “Accept”, the Clarity script is not loaded at all and no data, including your IP address, is sent to Microsoft. You can decline with the same control; a refusal is remembered and we do not ask again. After your consent we also run the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Ireland): it reports the page visit and the stage of the form — started, summary viewed, enquiry submitted. The content of your answers, your name, phone, email, Telegram and any information about your status or family are not sent to Meta. Until you press “Accept”, the Meta script is not loaded.
We apply technical and organizational data-protection measures, including password encryption and restricting access to personal data to authorized staff only.
